The banker here are the most friendly bankers I know As one who banks in several banks in the metroplex and other countries, this is one bank where I go to and really seat sown and have a conversation after I have been served. I only wish they would not change cashiers every two years - which seems to be an industry issue. Makia Epie

Business customers beware!! They offer a lot of products but your services means absolutely nothing to this lending institution. They management staff here is unprofessional and extremely rude. Try supporting a local bank and you will surely have better results. I am taking my business elsewhere and like others we do 3,000,000 plus in annual sales with Wells Fargo

If you want to deposit or withdraw money, that's about all they are good for. Their bankers have failed me three times. They are completely inept and incompetent.

Terrible customer service!! These people that work here are extremely rude. They won't even make change. What bank does not make change? Does not even deserve one star!!!!

The absolute WORST in customer service!! I wanted to cash a check from someone who had owed me money for 6 months. I went there on Friday evening and after sitting in line at the drive through was told they were closed - my clock said 6:01. I came back Monday to the drive through to be told that they will not cash a check unless it is inside. Then once inside, one teller is open while the others chatted and ignored the customers. Once I did get service, I was told the signature did not look right and they would have to call. They stood there for over 15 minutes before they called and said they left a voicemail and did I want to wait for him to call back? Rude, slow and no customer service - in addition the manager could have cared less when I told her. I will never do business with this bank!!
