Resource One Credit Union in Cedar Hill, TX

The service here is horrible. Everytime I am here the the lines are extremely long and take forever to get any help. The people are rude and short and they are always understaffed. Considering closing my account. Would strongly suggest to anyone to take their business elsewhere.

I've been a member for over a year now, when I first joined this credit union I was so impressed with the way I was greeted by the manager Darren M. I have 3 accounts here service has always been fast the tellers was always nice and helpful especially Samantha. Now that these two people are no longer there service sucks the lines are extremely long the time in the drive thru are ridiculous. And Tammy is so rude I tried to ask her about a car loan she basically blew me off and exited the back door by her desk. I have to business account at Bank of America that I wanted to close and open with r1 but that want be happening now. Darren always made me feel like I had a million dollars in R1. I just found out where he's working now seriously thinking about following him.

They pulled my credit without my authorization when I was only asking questions about refinancing my home. I was unaware of this until I looked at my credit report and saw a hard pull. I contacted the credit bureau and they informed me that the credit Union had to remove it. It has been 8 months and Resource One still will not remove it. I've never been more furious because as a consumer I was not at fault. I was not informed that my credit would be pulled. I have been given the run around and it's unfair.
