Prosperity Bank in Cedar Hill, TX

Terrible service, snobby, egotistical tellers and a completely obnoxious lobby manager. Dealing with the staff at this location is like pulling teeth - altogether unpleasant and simply not worth it. Don't go to this bank expecting a continuation of that first visit where everyone is all smiles and joy because you're opening a brand-new account. After that very first visit it's all perfunctory smiles and smug condescension when you have an issue with your account or the way they do things. Absolutely none of the frustration and anger I experienced dealing with the insufferable customer service or the inflated egos of the lobby manager and tellers was worth it. Helping me close out my accounts was probably the best thing this bank ever did for me.

Our business has been banking with Prosperity bank for almost 20 years and we are always taken care of really well! They have the best customer service. They are very quick and professional with every transaction. Never given us a reason to even look to bank anywhere else.
