Every time I come in to do anything there's one teller and one banker no matter what time of day ! If u need to do anything expect to wait at least 40 min absolutely no customer service

I deal with the Cedar Hill, Tx off of 67 very very bad business, this branch make me want to change banks....the service is aweful

This bank is HORRIBLE. I was referred to them by someone (whom I live in the same house with) but there's a hold on my account.Went to the branch in Cedar Hill and spoke with someone named David (horrible, he says he's worked with Regions for two years but he was VERY unhelpful and nonchalant). I get direct deposit but won't be able to receive it because the address can't be verified and they're going to automatically close my account. Apparently I missed the deadline to verify my address which was mentioned in a letter that I NEVER received. Also, the customer service line also sucks. Everytime I call I'm on hold for at LEAST 30 minutes. I'm definitely going back to Chase.
