Chase Bank in Cedar Hill, TX

We will never go to this bank again!! Customer service was rude, my husband went into that location to cash a customer of ours check, the manager would NOT cash it, he would NOT call the customer HE ABSOLUTELY DENIED MY HUSBAND SERVICE!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! By the way OUR CUSTOMER BANKS WITH CHASE!! UNBELIEVABLE.

I come here pretty often to use the ATM and to handle anything I have an issue with in regards to my account. The employees inside are very friendly and every time I come in I am greeted and asked what I need assistance with. Then they will let you know where to go accordingly. I had no issue setting up a savings account and anytime I lose my debit card I can come right in and they make a new one for me on the spot. The customer service is great. The decor and atmosphere is great. This Chase location will continue to get business from me.

My regular bank. Employees are helpful, but no drive thru banking

Amazing staff! You can really tell the team is all on one accord. The manager Chris Traylor is always working. I see him on the teller line assisting customers, in the lobby helping, and one day I even seen him sweeping the floor. Just overall a great staff at that location.

I'm about customer service. This particular chase location doesn't have customer service high on their priority list. When you walk into their facility employees make you feel as if your an inconvenience to them and ask for services that you need help with they ask why didn't I use the mobile app or online services. So are customers not suppose to come inside the bank?
