TCF Bank in Aurora, CO

Am a loyal customer and usually speak well of you guys...but this morning (9-27-15) at 9am I drove out of my way to use your ATM to withdraw some cash only to have it tell me it could not at this time. Why?!?!? Why do I bank with you?!? Another service charge that I have to bite the bullet.........

If I could give a 0 I would. They lie and steal and have a wacked off baking system. It says you have negative funds every time you make a deposit any other bank would be better than tcf...seriously get a green dot pre paid card it will be cheaper and less of a hassle

I have been with a lot of banks Tcf has been far the best things I have ever been to and doing business with I highly recommend them to others everybody's always so friendly and very nice

Really not happy with the service at this location. Wait times are ridiculous, and the coin machine blatently robbed me of at least $3. Employees didn't seem too concerned, and I don't have 20mins to wait to try and get it back. Thinking of changing banks seems like the only decent tcf location is in Stapleton.

If you bank with TCF you are making a big mistake this bank is full of lying scamming "managers" who have no authority, can not access any information from their central office.... they closed our accounts for no reason and they say they don't need one.. They cancelled out automatic bill pay, weeks ago, without telling us and now having to deal with the late payments to all of our bills, and bounced 4 other checks... These people are smiling in our face, and just keep trying to dismiss us. be careful DO NOT BANK At TCF they ate crooks.
