Very pleased to be a member. This is a much better credit union customer service wise than Aurora Federal. Instant debit card is a really nice feature also.

I love this credit union. For 17 years I've had a couple of saving accts here but I recently opened a e-checking acct too. I'm so happy my accounts are back to one single financial institution. Just yesterday the teller helped me reset my online acct because my info was out of date. That would have to be my only complaint is sometimes you gotta wait in line for too long but I'll give that up for their personal and undivided attention when it's my turn. I have been with the credit union forever. I have worked very closely with Shannon Bentley and must say it's been the best experience I have had working with a bank. She has been extremely helpful with all my questions and needs throughout the years she has been working at the credit union. I can't say enough about her expertise, kindness, knowledge and very polite mannerism. I too have been in the banking industry for over 15 years and can say during all my time working in this type of environment, have never met anyone quite like Shannon. She really enjoys working with people and it shows each and every transaction I have with her either on the telephone or over email. She's always quick to take care of my issues or concerns and has been a joy to work with. I hope you keep her happy because I have never seen anyone who enjoys their job as much as she does. She is a keeper for sure.

The people who work here take an absolutey absurd amount of time to do anything. I don't know what they do in a full 8 hour shift or let alone a 40 hour work week but if you can't get 1 customer processed a week between two different loan girls I don't know how you stay in business

Best credit union I have had. Everyone is always friendly and they offer so many different services. I also love how involved in the community they are. I have attended a few of their classes and really enjoy the information they offer.
