Horrible, I brought in a check for 6200, wanted 2200 in cash and 4000 deposited. ONE COMPANY did multiple attempts to withdraw $100 and I didn't have that in the account at the time. Teller refused to give me more than 1000 and also would not deposit my money right then. It has to get separated into multiple amounts over a period of time. I gave them 6200 yesterday, I have only 200 in my account!!!!!!!!! I need to pay my bills!!!!!. Ill take my money somewhere else as soon as possible, and I encourage everyone to start yelling and making a scene when this happens, I regret not doing so. NEXT TIME I WILL!!!

These guys are a joke. Here's some of advice, if you ever have a despuite with a charge, no matter what it is just tell them it was a "fraudulent charge" if you bank here. Otherwise they won't ivestivagte anything on your behalf and will just side with the merchant and you won't get your money back. Situation happened with me where a bar charge my card after I already paid cash. They were absolutely no help and didn't look into anything on my behalf and when I went to the branch in person to resolve the issue I was told by the rep that the investigation team "cheery picks" the dispuites and only works the easy ones. Apparently my case was a little too difficult for them to handle so they sided with the merchant. I was told if I would have said my charge was "fraudulent" then they would have just returned me my money no questions asked. So keep that in mind if you bank here. If you don't bank there don't waste your time. Their lack of expirence, tranning and work ethic does not match what a credit union should be and you don't want people like that handling your money. I closed my account immediately and went else where.
