Bankers and cashiers are slow and worthless they never have any answers to your questions and act like you are bugging them at work. Poor customer service and bad attitudes at this location.

Went in @1pm on a Saturday in person to open an account. They close @2pm. I was told there are 2 people ahead of me. Basically they they won't get to me. They had 2 people opening accounts. So there was plenty of people and plenty of time. I asked the guy if they wanted my money. He said of course and changed his story, I could wait and see. Sigh. I'm still sitting here we will see if they get to me in an hour.

I thought Wells Fargo was bad...this bank is horrible! Even when it's not busy they take ages to attend customers. I just might have to switch my auto loan holder even if it means higher interest cus of how bad their service is.

Their service is good, but too much waiting in line. Should put more employees so that customers gets quick service.
