Public Service Credit Union in Aurora, CO

They were unhelpful and rude. Someone used my card and they did not return my money nor cared to help. 500 taken without return! Closed all of my account go to chase, they return your money first day there is fraudulent activity.

Terrible service for a credit union. I have 18,000.00 in savings (that's eighteen thousand). They charged me 330.00 in O.D fees because money was not in checking. Real bottom feeding pond scum to do that to members they say are like family. I am pulling my money out today and closing my account. I now know that they put profits before their customers. Cannot stand this type of "Customer Friendly Service' Goodbye PSCU

I come here to use the ATM and to deposit money. You can deposit and withdrawal from here and it's easy and fast. The only bummer is that there is no drive thru ATM

Money was stolen from my daughter and she was at this bank for years and had a code on it she want it and show them it was coming off a credit card they told her there nothing they can do she was out big money it was her ex husband doing it.. they never help with her money. . Did not care to ask her to come back to top bank with them when she was in there people will call on the phone for her code. What kind of business is this giving someone money away. .
