Most of the employees here are polite except for one who will treat you poorly if you make a mistake.

The cashier didnt bother to look into my account to cash my check and she already gave me a fee of over 100.00 I've cash over 100 checks larger than this one paying 30 50 dollars all over colorado. This is the WORST place to cash your check cause I've been going there for years and then 1 day I come in to cash my check and some new black lady was very rude and refused to cash my check cause my name was wrote in blue ink so I had to go clear out of my way to money tree to cash my check so I'll NEVER cash my check there again EVER!!!

Extremely poor experience with your cashier this afternoon. I want to say her name was Danielle but when we asked for her name she refused to repeat it since she was turning us away due to us being white. Our first impression was her saying hmm another white dude. Then my employee waited while she considered helping him. It was a payroll check and she needed to call me the employer. It happens to be my day off so I wasn't near a computer. I explained that I would help however I could but since I wasn't near my computer I could only do my best. She asked standard questions and then asked for the check amount. I told her I would need to find it online and it would take a minute. I have over 20 employees and vendors and don't know the amounts off the top of my head. She seemed put out but waited. I asked my daughter to get her shoes on and put her sisters shoes on and she said you will need to call me back I don't have time to wait while you people shoe shop. I said I have it and she started telling me off about how I needed to call back and she didn't have time for me. I said again I will not call back I have it right here and gave her the check amount. She continued to speak over me telling me how she didnt have time for us people and I said if you would stop talking over me its this amount. She hung up on me and turned the "white" dude away saying she didn't have time to wait for us people.
