American Financing in Aurora, CO

I have been trying to buy a house for years. I finally heard American Financing on the radio and decided to give them a call for one last try before giving up completely. American Financing was efficient right from the start. My mortgage consultant, Pam Gifford, was delightful and very knowledgeable. She guided me through the process so easily. As did my Realtor, Jamie Bernal and my loan processor, Debbie Johnson. Jamie is a fantastic realtor with excellent skills. She knows the market very well and will guide you down the right path to get the home that you want. Debbie worked very hard in lining up everything that needed to be in order. She was very easy to work with and handled everything like a charm. WHAT A TEAM! I can't say enough about these three ladies that made my life so much better every step of the way. Buying a home is scary, but buying a home with the assistance of Pam, Jamie and Debbie was a dream come true. I was definitely glad they were my sweet little army of three in buying my very first home. My husband and I now can enjoy our quaint little home in Castle Rock.

Karim was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very available for my phone calls and responded to my emails in a timely manner. The process went pretty smoothly and my loan closed in a very reasonable amount of time. The web portal was the only downfall of this process. It allowed for easy uploading of the required documents, but it did not update the progress of what was needed. I also found it to be a bit redundant about needing to e-sign all of the documents (sometimes twice) and resigning them physically with a notary present. Overall, I was happy with this company and would use them again in the future!

I've been working with Humberto Gomez mainly at American Financing and the whole process has been easier and more rewarding than expected. Humberto has answered any questions I have had and has done most of the work after I provided my information and all needed documents. He is very responsive, was able to schedule everything needed for me and did all of the middle work. There were only a couple of bumps that could have been identified sooner but overall the process took less than a month and less work from me than I had anticipated. I'm excited to complete the refinance on my home this week and will recommend Humberto and American Financing due to the great experience I have had!

I originally called American Financing 5 to 6 months ago for a refinance and at the time i was unable to do so due to some things I needed to address. The person I spoke with at the time said they would call back 5 months after calling to try the refinance. Tony (Harlan) Wesson called me and asked if anyone had reached out, at the time I hadn't heard back from anyone. I was very impressed that he took the time to call me and help get the refinance taken care of. Tony was very honest and straight forward. He worked with me over the phone, as we went over online documents that required signatures and reviewing. The process was done within three to four weeks and the employees from American Financing were very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Tony (Harlan) Wesson and American Financing.

We just refinanced our home with American Financing. It was much easier and painless than I anticipated. Carrie Oliver was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and really seemed to care about our circumstances and what she could do to help us. This refinance is life changing and we are so appreciative to American Financing and Carrie.
