UNIFY Financial Credit Union in Aurora, CO

I applied for a car loan and was "approved" in about an hour. From there, everything fell apart. They were unable to verify my identity, didn't pay attention to the documents I sent them, and insisted that I would have to travel to their one branch in the middle of no where to resolve the issues. I chose to do business with another institution that actually valued my business. While the rates may be good, the service and desire to help are terrible. There are numerous better alternatives in the market.

Even though I eventually found a better interest rate elsewhere, Tiffany remained pleasant and professional throughout the application process. It was apparent from the very beginning she had great pride and expertise. I would definitely recommend WFCU to anyone looking for a mortgage, auto loan, or savings/checking account. Keep up the good work Tiffany!

From start to finish, I found the entire process to be counter intuitive and infuriating. Run as fast as you can. They are not changing names due to an outstanding business model or customer service.

I rarely write reviews on Google. However, I found myself a bit excited to close my previous credit union account when I saw Western (Formerly Toyota Credit Union) open a branch in Colorado. I was familiar with them from my time in California when I moved to Los Angeles to work for Toyota Financial Services. Glad to see they made a home in Colorado at Northrop Grumman; where my brother works. While my brother prefers to do business with The Bank of The West; owned by BNP Paribas. Still, I opened my account drawn on a check from what possibly could be family of the new Governor of Colorado.
