Aurora Schools Federal Credit Union in Aurora, CO

The manager at this branch is not very competent. I came in asking for my card back from the ATM machine (at this branch) after accidently entering my PIN number incorrectly the night before. After explaining that I was a member and that it occurred at this ATM machine, at this branch, the night before, I was informed my card was shredded. The "manager" didn't check anything to see if my card was there , she simply filled out a form and said I had to wait two weeks for a replacement. Keep in mind this is right before Christmas. The next day (since I had no card) I went in to make a withdrawal and made a joke to the employee out my card being shredded the day before yesterday, she offered to check the location they keep cards that were taken by the machine. The "manager" came out (didn't even check anything) all she said was "we already ordered you a new one." First off, the "manager" should've offered to check this for me the day I went in to get my card back. I may not have even needed to wait almost THREE weeks for my replacement. Second, the attitude I received from this "supervisor" was inappropriate and unprofessional. I will NOT be going back to this branch. Apparently they hire manager's with no brains or customer service skills.

My wife and I both had car loans with this credit union over at the 751 Chambers location. I cannot describe in words the incompetence and poor service this instituion provides. We had both cars set up on auto pay to make sure that our payments were received on time. We had not 1 or 2, but 5 instances that these idiots combined payments and applied them to 1 car!!! This happened over and over again to the point that we were fed up and complained to management, but what can you do? You are at the mercy of the bank. We were getting ready to pay my vehicle off about a month ago. I came in twice in the morning and asked how long it would take if I paid with credit card or a check for the balance of the loan and was told there would be a finance charge if paid with credit card versus check and it would take about a half hour and would have the title once paid. I came in with check from a local bank (check cleared by the way in a day!) and it took 10 business days to get the title! We complained to someone there on the phone that advised they would let their supervisor know and would call us back. They not only didn't call us back, but we gave both my number and my wive's number to them. VERY POOR SERVICE AND NO PROFESSIONALISM...and this branch is disgusting...It is like walking back into the 70's when you walk in. Our family will NEVER do business with them ever again and don't recommend anyone else does if they can avoid it..
