Customer Service is horrible to get ahold of when you need them. The timers ttttey place on the cars have trouble working, so your car will not start. I have been trying to get ahold of customer service for two hours now and no one will pick up, this includes the managers as well. I have left emergency messages on managers answering machines, still no call back. This isn't the first time this has happened.

If I could give them a negative I would!! Account managers and supervisors have no professionalism or customer service. Purchased my car from Casey Kia which was an amazing experience only to now have to deal with these unprofessional people. I tried to switch account managers with no luck. I was out on medical leave and have the STD insurance in my purchase agreement and they still shut my vehicle off. Not understanding or no interest in working with their clients. If the dealer you are purchasing from uses them RUN THE OTHER WAY
