I came in for an emergency service on my tires. My appointment was not until Monday but Mr. Perry Phillips was able to squeeze me in today and I am ever grateful! He truly put me at ease about my tire being un-repairable . Thanks to him he was able to save me over $400 dollars on new tires that I desperately needed. Because of him I will be a Loyal customer to Casey Chevrolet. He truly is a gem in the service center of Casey Chevrolet. Thank you very much Mr. Phillips!

They are dishonest and will mislead you if given the chance. This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. When you do an online inquiry the person that calls you will not be able to answer your questions. Their only goal is to get you to come to the lot even if they have to lie to trick you into wasting your time. The sale reps are not knowledgeable and even if you let them know you need or want to know the terms of your approval up front they will tell you that you have to come in and will make false promises. After all of this they decided to call me with "great news". Turned out to be a follow up from the appointment setter and she placed the call without even speaking to the sales rep that was supposed to help me. I returned the call thinking they were going to finally keep their promises only to be told it was my fault they couldn't sale me a vehicle. I let her know they are the ones that made false promises and told lies. She said she will call me in a couple of months. I told her not to waste my time I only like dealing with honest upfront dealerships and have no need for ones that are going to lie.

I asked them to fix my windshield wipers and then inspect my car. They said it would cost $400 to fix the wiper transmission which I could do for $85 myself so I said no, give me my car. They proceeded to do the inspection and then fail me when I of COURSE KNEW IT WOULD FAIL AND DIDN"T WANT THEM TO DO THE INSPECTION WITHOUT FIXING MY WIPERS. So I went home, got a ticket for driving with rejection the next day, fixed the wiper transmission, the wipers worked, I brought it in, they broke the wiper motor and rejected me again. So now I'm ordering a motor that THEY broke. I will be recording the whole process on my camera phone next time so I can sue their ass when they break my car the next time.

The are fast, friendly, and they do an excellent job! If you are looking to buy a vehicle or have your vehicle serviced, go to Casey Chevrolet. You will be very pleased with your experience. When you get there, ask for Perry Phillips. He is the best Service Consultant! He explained everything about the service that was to take place on my car. Whatever you need, he can take care of you. I am a long time returning customer to the Service Department at Casey because of the great personal service of Jeff Amos. He and his lead Tech Will have always taken the time to take care of all my vehicles,including my company vehicles. I also had the pleasure of meeting another polite young man Jamel working as a Service Assistant. Jeff's teams personal touch is the reason I continue to return and have bought from Casey. The only down side is you are now sent to a call center off site when you call. The way around that is ask to be transferred and you're back speaking with the familiar voices of Patsy or Denise. If you need anything done go see Jeff and team and say hey to the ladies in the office while you're there. Tell them Eddie says hey too.
