Both ATMs outside work well. Always take cash and checks and accurately record the amount. Easy instructions, touch screen, and offer emailed receipts. Not used the inside ATM. Inside service, different story. The tellers accessing the drive thru do not use headsets and you can hear everything the person is saying. Mortgage, savings, checking, amounts of money...doesn't matter, nothing is private or confidential. The drive thru is serviced right behind the walk up tellers, no separation. The associates sitting at their desk listen to their voicemails on speaker phone. Again, no privacy or confidentiality. Everything can be heard anywhere in the building. The building is old and dated and feels depressing. I can't imagine how little motivation the associates must feel working there. Seriously needs a remodel.

If your transaction involves a teller, might as well set your whole day aside just to do ONE thing. Slow moving staff that show no interest in anything. It's almost as if they're just there, and that's it. The service at the branch is pathetic.

This branch is absolutely horrible, customer service is pathetic, we'll understaffed for customers. I would not recommend this branch to anyone.

Just stood in line for 45 minutes to make a deposit. One teller working? Wow! Unbelievable!

Thee worst Bank of America I have ever experienced in 31years! They never have but 1 teller, 1 at the window but sometimes 3 people sitting in their little glass boxes! And please don't come on a Friday, you'll literally be there door an hour just to do a little 5 minute transaction!
