Their website states their parts department is open Saturday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM. It is not. They have been contacted to identify the error but have not updated it in the three months since. Another bad experience with this dealer.

Look for Trey. No pressure, no BS, awesome customer service. We need to clone him! Overall pleasant experience and I'm happy with my purchase. Happy hunting!

Great used car, not so great customer service. Saw the used car on the lot which was the car I wanted at a fair price. I went in to purchase the car with Trey. A pretty good salesman, and was nice during the test drive, but I had one major problem. When I was in the process of purchasing the car, they took my card for the down payment without informing me of the full purchase price of the car. I never saw a purchase price with everything included when they wanted the down payment. I payed the down payment I wanted, then we moved on to the" business office", where I finally saw the fully price of the car. CASEY HAS AN ALMOST $600 DOCUMENT FEE. Trey never told me about this. I expected some processing fee as is pretty much standard, BUT NOT $600. When I explained this they told me that this was "Pretty standard". Turns out their fee is more than $200 above the state average. I was ready to leave. I can't believe Trey never told me about the total cost of the car. I tried to leave, but needed to get my deposit back. Suddenly the "non-negotiable" document fee became pretty negotiable. I told them what I expected the fee to be and suddenly it was changed. I hate this shady business practice. Just to make the process more stressful they make sure it takes OVER 3 HOURS just to buy a used car. I even came in with financing prepared, insurance ready, and a price from TrueCar. This whole process should have take 30 minutes! Unacceptable! If they have the right car, consider Casey, but I recommend looking elsewhere first. WATCH OUT FOR THE DOCUMENT FEE AND GETTING TRAPPED IN THE BUSINESS OFFICE!!

I came in for an oil change and it seam that the service went great until I was informed that they did not top off my ad blue. They wanted to charge a extra 57 dollar to top off my ad blue. This is not typical of VolksWagen service. They generally top off all fluids inclided with oil change. Don't think I will have them service my vehicle again. This coming from a loyal Volkswagen loyal customer.

I went there for a service and had a great experience. They price-matched without question and did not seem pushy the least bit. Will definitely be my go-to place from now on.
