Chase Bank in Salem, OR

I went to this branch 0n 2/3/16 to deposit a check from a credit union, I asked if I could get it cashed. Teller had me insert my chase card I put in my pin and he was like great I see you been with us for a while thank you banking with us but unfortunately I can only give you $1,400 in cash today instead of the whole amount listed on the check. I asked why he explained I was like that's fair I'll take it to the credit union so that I can get the whole amount. As I was leaving the teller that was next to him on the other computer said something that really bother me."nice try buddy" with a smile on his face) I wanted to turn around and asked why would he say that to me! I didn't argue or said anything negative. A customer should never feel like they did something wrong by taking a check to the bank. Comments like those should be kept to your self at least wait until the customer leaves. But again you can't expect this kid to be professional. Thanks again Chase!

Closed drive up window so no more handicap help. Wants you to use ATM inside instead of a teller. Most tellers are for business customers. Leave you on hold as if they forget you were there. Not too pleasant.

Highly disappointed to stop here and discover the drive thru lanes are now closed. Just another step in becoming inconvenient for your customer. I will not visit this location again.

Strange to see no drive thru window at this location.. Although customer service is great!!
