Rip off! Took advantage of me. Wasnt honest to make more off me. Wouldn't give me what my silver was really worth. Never again will I ever go there. The guy told me my .999 fine silver coin was generic so it was worth less. I found out he was lying. If you are going, go with someone who knows the market! Thwy will rip you off if you are a woman just trying to sell something.

Great customer service from Edel & all staff here. So much better than the typical pawn-shop experience. Here, they scientifically analyzed my items with specialized equipment, and used current market prices (displayed on a news feed right at their counter) to accurately appraise their value. As buyers, they work with high transparency and were happy to educate me on specifics affecting value. They also appreciate an informed customer; I told them I wanted to check around with a few other shops, which they welcomed. They will try to meet or beat competitor's legitimate offers, so be sure to get competitors' business cards and take good notes on offers. They did this for me, beating a competitor's slightly better offer on a couple of items when I returned the same day. This was a great experience, and I would gladly do business again.
