I have to say that I've never seen such bad customer care. Very under qualified staff. The two girls should behind the counter were very rude and disrespectful to me and my wife as we were just trying to deposit a ck. Going to call the corporate office to let them know how these two are representing this local branch.

Didn't even deposit the right amount of money, and they don't even answer their phone.

They cannot answer a telephone I was on hold through the 1800# for 11:31 before hanging up to look for alternative # to call (doesn't exist ) then called back and spent another 10 minutes on hold without getting anybody. This credit union is shitton osu should remove their name so ad not to be linked with these incompetent people

great staff there always nice and friendly and greet you when you come in unless there super busy but that's understandable allways get me taken care of in a Profesional fast friendly manor love this bank won't bank anywhere else except for them my fiance even switchingredients her bank to them cause there a great company keep up the awsome work you guys and girls who work there

I guess everyone has a different experience. They have always gone the extra mile for me. Great customer service, always friendly, and always helpful. I mostly reside in California yet i'll never leave this bank!
