What a joke! I've been trying to apply get pre-approved for a mortgage through them for a little while now with no results. Michelle is the mortgage rep who covers this branch and personally they may want to think of using someone else to represent their location. No follow through, I gave her all of my information to get qualified and nothing. I had to call the branch itself to have them relay a message, and after explaining to them how poor the service has been they said they would contact her. Sure enough within 30minutes my phone rang and it was Michelle. She explained it was taking longer than usual and that she needed to update some info. She asked me a couple of questions to "verify" and said I would hear from her in a couple of days. Its been 2 weeks and not even an email. If I knew this review wasn't viewable by children I'd got out of my way to let her and the branch she shadows how I really feel. I would say save your money and your time! Leave key bank alone and take your business to another establishment that does what they say and cares about the customer.

They have bad customer service lead by their manager Steve Kopra. I needed assistant with my account, which they took over 1 weeks for anything to be done. I would call and they would tell me they would give me a call back...which they never did till i became persistent. ....would not recommend anyone to open an account here

I was so confused over an issue with fees I was receiving, Breanna explained everything to me perfectly and waived them for me. Thanks Breanna!!
