I love that they are open late and for the people that don't like the video tellers you can use headphones if you're that worried about people hearing you or you can ask them to put your info up on the monitor instead of saying it. I just wish there was a drive up

I would give them a zero if it would let me. The have taken away any human interaction. There are people there, but when you talk to them they give you the worst attitude and rudely tell people they have to use the machine. It took me two days just to get someone to get me checks because they machine kicks you out and you wait 30 mins just to even get someone on it. I, and most, live a busy life and don't have an hour to waste at a bank. I am looking into moving to a different credit union this week and done with this place. I can't be late on my bills because they don't want to deal with their customer service. Working at a bank for many years people want to know who is handling their money, and want to feel important. This place took that away and I hope more people follow my foot steps and get what we all deserve, human contact and fast service. Also, there is no privacy at all so every there knows everything you just did. I am disgusted with this and upset as I have been with this place for many years and now I have to leave because they went a turn that isn't really working.

One person to handle transactions and one person that stands at the door doing nothing but referring people to the ATM. Worst customer service ever.

Cool technology. Failing personal service. No genuine privacy for transactions. Why not give us a choice between an "old fashioned" teller and the new technology?

Horrible customer service. False information was given. I applied for a loan online because I was sick. I told was I would get the information the same day. Once they ran the credit report, they told me it would be 5 days before I would get my interest rate quoted. I have excellent credit and credit history. I do not let people run my report because it dings your credit. I have to have someone else run my report now to get the loan completed in the time frame needed. Don't trust them with your credit report.
