What kind of crappy credit union doesn't do shared branching? I just moved to the area from Washington and needed to deposit a check. They turned me away saying that they couldn't do anything and that in fact NO credit unions in Gresham do shared branching. Why not? What a dumb policy. Part of why I bank at credit unions is because I can use almost any CU to do business. I was considering transferring........but I'll be sure not to use this CU since they obviously have little to offer.
