Horrible company screw you over with hidden fees all the time never help out their customers definitely closing my account once my hidden fees are payed

I hate TCF. I don't think anyone here knows what they are doing or talking about. My business account got closed because the bank teller printed me the wrong questionaire form to fill out. I was suppose to fax it in but she told me to mail it in costing me 2 more days so they frozed it. My credit card merchant company needed a letterhead from TCF stating that my bank got reopened. I went to 3 different TCF branch location and no one was willing to print me a letterhead. I am very frustrated with TCF. If anyone think about opening an account with them, think twice. They have the worse staff with no customer service or knowledge.

I don't know how it says people on average spend 10 minutes here...I've been here at least a dozen times and the fastest I've been through is in 15 minutes. This place is insanely slow....

This bank is the worst tcf I've ever been Tom absolutely hate how slow everyone here is. They will have 4 employees and only one window open. Needless to say, I have closed my account and moved to a credit union.

I'm not sure why this particular TCF Bank has tellers and staff who look so unhappy. I try not to go there - I do most banking on line. I'm sure they are nice people just not schooled in good customer service. I always feel that I should apologize for being at the teller's window. Having worked in government for 41 years and did training on how to deal with the public, I think this branch is probably poorly managed. The morale is very low.
