Great service

CCCU is a good bank, except for two things. The first is their hours of operation as they don't ooen until 9 am (wish the drive up was open at 8) and if something comes thru in the morning for payment and you can't get there until lunch time to deposit any extra money to cover all of it, they charge you the overdraft fee immediately instead of waiting until the end of the business day, like other banks do. How can you get the money in on time if they open at 9 (and they have no ATM with deposit options). The bank needs to rethink these two things and it'd be a great bank.

Poor customer service. I've made two trips to get a replacement card and they are too unorganized to make one.

They're a friendly neighborhood bank that takes customer service seriously, but they have all of the drawbacks of a small bank (hard-to-find ATMs, inconvenient hours, terrible website).
