I purchased a brand new 2015 Ram 2500 (never registered in any state, 0 miles on it, full factory warranty) truck in February 2016. The FCU completed the loan as a used vehicle based on the year. It was the difference of .25% interest rate savings for me on the overall loan. I should have known not to use an unknown lender. I'll refinance and pay more somewhere else just to not use this FCU!

They have the WORSE customer service, I have ever experienced in my life. Their reps are rude & very nasty!!!!! I was calling to have a restriction removed from my account & I was on hold for 30 mins & 45 secs....Unbelievable!!!! I have been a member since 2008 & they dont treat you like a valued customer. The WORSE ever!!!! I would NOT recommend them to anybody!

I was going to do online banking when I saw the average reviews for this bank was 2.1. I've been with this bank for 20 years. It had growing pains meaning the lines were often long. After the change in name, more growing pains. But there has been only 1 employee I thought was not competent to handle others money. I give it 4 stars.

This bank screwed up a clients request to provide a car dealership with a lien release. They screwed up the year of the car which the MVA wont accept. When asked to correct it they stated they can only speak to the owner of the vehicle. Completely understandable, with the inconvenience factor to the owner of the vehicle who now has to be called and told to call them and once again ask for the same thing he did before. Basically letting your client know you cannot perform the most simplest of tasks on their behalf. The male " manager "answered the phone with a completely arrogant tone. He was useless and worthless and preferred to argue rather than help. Never once apologized for the mistake. Some people manage because they can run a business. Other people for power. I know which of the two suit this male manager best. This is a perfect example of how taking things personal on the job should never be around customer service.
