I have been with the bank as customer for 10 years, and worked for the same company for two years. When visiting this branche in Beltway Plaza in Greenbelt, I was verbally maltreated by a lady who came from the teller line, aparently she was a teller trying to help the platform. She was very rude and unworthy to work in a bank. She even pragged saying, do you want my card which I think she did not have? And the other bankers, except the lead teller tried to calm me down by using the customer service skills I know. Altough I saw my usual notary who always help me, she told me in front of other customers that I can leave, because there is no notary. This is the first review I have ever made in my life, and I will say that this was the worst customer service experience I've had in my life and do not encourage any other customers to visit this branch.
