Have done 4 loans with them everything went smooth. checking and saving online accounts work flawless paymenst come out smother then most banks.They have free 500.00 buffer to draw from in case you mess up on deposits. never had overdraft or late fee with them in over two years. Great people work there always friendly. and treat you with respect.

I have my car loan through here. Great interest rate, even better people that I have talked to on the phone for help. What I don't like is the fact that I have to pay a $19.95, transaction fee to pay my car payment over the phone or worse if I want to pay with my online banking account that is through another bank. I have to mail a check every month. I wasn't even going to buy checks anymore but I guess I have to now. $19.95 a month to pay online in this day and age seems crazy to me.

Horrible customer service. This company does not understand nor take responsibility for their mistakes and makes the customer feel at fault for everything. Literally the worst credit union I have ever had. A transaction was holding on my account and when the hold dropped off the money never was refunded back (the order was cancelled and still we never got our money back) because they state it was never taken from me. I have evidence on my end that the money should be REFUNDED back to me and they refuse to give it back. Would give 0 stars if that was a possibility. Their last response was to contact a different branch. I got the same answer from every person at every level that I spoke to.
