This place wasted the buyer and sellers time on a car loan that they had already approved but then they declined it. Poor cutomer service.

Terrible customer service and non-personable tellers. The place is normally dead inside which was nice to get in and get out. However, if there was more than another member doing their banking, you will wait a bit. The tellers used to be VERY nice, but the turnover of both managers and tellers is a LOT! And now they don't really help you out much and the teller was rather snotty to me when we had a check cashing problem. So we just closed our accounts and took all our business to a credit unit that cares about our needs better.
