Don't Do Business Here... KeyBank tries to tell you they are a small "local" friendly bank but nothing could be further from the truth... After switching to them we had one minor problem and we were literally told by the branch manager that we needed to upgrade our account to one with a $50.00 annual fee for so they could help us. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Stay Away At All Costs!
