Pioneer Federal Credit Union in Meridian, ID

Well what we can see from another post in response, " Our goal is to provide "Wow" service for our members at every opportunity. " They have the Wow part right, such that WOW it is terrible service and I will be closing my account within these next two weeks after my last check I have sent out posts. Absolutely terrible service. In addition, I purchased checks and they were horrendously overpriced.

No one and no business is perfect. Hence I don't give 5 star scores. Not a 5 star customer either. The Meridian location has worked with us on issues out of their reach and within their capabilities. They have been courteous, professional and have gone the extra mile. You want a very good experience? Here is were you should be.

Been in the drive through for 20 mins. One person working both lanes. Garbage service. Refinancing with another C.U.

Way better than my last two credit unions!

I went in to get preapproved for a car loan they approved me for a good ammount and I started to look at car I wanted for the price range they gave me. It took me a week to find the one I wanted and when the financing manager called the bank to confirm they said they messed up the numbers and lowered my approved loan by $23,000 which is a huge amount. They didn't even have the common sense to call me so I didn't look stupid at the car dealership. Furthermore they didn't offer anything to fix the problem and I didn't feel like I was an important customer to them. I will tell everyone I know not to go here, pioneer is a joke and won't see my money ever again.
