3 people working the counter on a Friday afternoon. What a joke! Will be taking my business elsewhere.

My experience with all of the Capital Educators staff over the years has been super. Respectful, friendly and upbeat. First finance institution I have ever felt consistently comfortable working with.

Honestly the stuff that I'm seeing people have a problem with is logic you know there's going to be a $23 overdraft fee I knew this going into it and if you go in and you actually talk to these people they're not heartless they worked with me on my problem and they also have the option to not have overdraft protection so opt out if you don't want them doing an overdraft but don't use your card if you know the moneys not in there either not only that but the people that I've dealt with have been phenomenal never rude always very polite and very sweet the guy that helped me get my account and the lady who help me they were awesome I've not had a problem I've been with the bank for six years now so I think it's just a matter of people being honest with themselves and thinking about how they use their count you do have the option to opt out of overdraft protection so that you don't get those fees it's a good thing to have in case of an emergency though I personally think

We had a great experience with our mortgage. We made it hard on them but they were always super helpful and nice.

I love cap ed, the staff is so friendly and they offer so many amenities. I was able to get an incredible deal on my car loan and my monthly payment is so incredibly affordable!!!
