Outstanding customer service and they are always so friendly. You feel like they truly care about you and your needs. Kyle the branch manager is very helpful and you never feel like just another number. When I had a issues with some fraud on my account they were wonderful to deal with. I can't say enough about ICCU.....I LOVE it!! The employees are always friendly and helpful. There are branches conveniently located throughout the Boise area. Checking is free without going through a bunch of hoops on usage like a lot of banks these days. I can even make mobile deposits. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a bank that cares about its customers!!

Very impressed. I'm involved with a lot of ventures, and the costs of doing banking for such operation need to be rock bottom. You'll get that here. They are very accommodating ... no special hoops to jump through to become a member.
