Moved to Florida from New York and was treated wonderful.

I opened my accounts at this branch in March of 2013 and attended the branch on several occasions that month and also in April 2013. Being a 'snowbird' from Canada, I wasn't back until numerous visits this January, February and March (2014). On each occasion, I have found all of the staff very friendly, helpful and ready to serve you almost as soon as you come through the door. I have even seen where employees who are sitting in an office will come out to see if they can be of assistance and the teller serving the 'drive through' customers will often turn around and greet customers inside the branch. The same cannot be said for the employees at another area TD Bank that I have attended on 3 occasions. I hope you people at the New Port Richey branch keep up the good work so it will continue to be a very pleasant experience for customers doing business at your location.

I was very surprised to find local TD Bank representatives paying for everyone's lunch at our local Jersey Mike's. An unexpected gesture and a very pleasant surprise. Thanks again!
