Wells Fargo Bank in New Port Richey, FL

Their ATM is busted. I deposited over 200 dollars and they told me I only deposited 1 buck. I called and they said I had to wait a month to get my money because they only count "once a month" despite the fact that they have computers and security cameras to prove I was right. I called the 1-800 number and they said the "once a month" thing was a lie. Hmmmm

The ladies working there were very helpful and very polite at every visit.

Forget trying to actually speak to someone at this location by using this phone no. I have place about 20 calls trying to get someone to talk to about a loan I had placed....no answers ever, and they eventually transfer you to a central answering system.

The ladies at this branch seem very nice, curteous and helpful. When you have been with them over a year and are in the bank every Friday, you get to know one another. Why am I JUST FINDING OUT that you have to have at least $500.00 in your account in order to avoid their $5.00 money order fee, that I pay every month for my rent,. I have double that, weekly. I know that it's easy to overlook the little things but don't they know, it's the little things that keep good customers!?
