GTE Financial - Trinity in New Port Richey, FL

After Paycheck was deposited the teller tells me there is a 2 day hold on checks now. I'm sitting on empty drive for a living and now you tell me, it was a payroll check! Why the hold?

No people to help! Even when they did have people I brought in papers for a name change that didn't get done till I had to go back in a month later. The papers had been stuck in a pile of other papers and forgotten about. Called for customer service and was put on hold for 15 minutes till they closed and then told by recording to call back during business hours. Not good service!!!!

No humans now, no night drop and they are only open during peoples' working hours. I don't like this place at all. I moved my cc balance out. My rate on my car loan was great tho. Guess it spends on what your priority is...

I have had several accounts here for the past 5 years and have only had good experiences. NOT NOW!! No people, no tellers to help you out. They only have a couple ATM type machines with a screen above it and connect you to an inexperienced teller in Tampa. I had made a Visa payment and a change of address, both of them are botched up. My mail is still going to the wrong address. Worst of all, the statement shows my payment but I am still being billed for that same transaction. What happened to my payment?? I call, and call, am put on hold and give up after 20 or more minutes. I don't plan on staying much longer if they keep up this policy.
