Just hard to get a hold of

I would like to say that shopping here was the most...genuine experience I've ever had in my life.the Service department here was truly on top of their game immediately noticing that the hour hand on the pocket watch I was attempting to pawn was forever stuck on the three and that (despite the three coats of metallic Rustoleum )it wasn't actually gold .I would also like to express both awe and amazement at their product knowledge (who knew that Rolex was was not produced in northern Mexico?,..they did .Thats who)Despite these few product flaws after brief negotiating I still managed to walk away with three dollars more than I gave the Pakistani street vender.on the way out a woman whom was very pregnant went into labor.A large gentleman jumped over the display case and promptly began to administer the Heimleich Maneuver,after the third abdominal thrust we all congratulated the woman on her beautiful bouncing 8lb 3oz baby boy.Leaving the store I looked back one last time in reverence of the day's events ...All in a day's work the owner said with a heavenly light in his eye.What I'm saying is the people at pasco jewelry and pawn are more than than mere shopkeepers...they are Hereos and I look forward to doing business with them again

After our home was broken into and burglarized, the cops suggested we go to local pawn shops to try and find our valuables. When we stopped in this shop, we asked the woman if she could help us find a ring. She flat out refused and lied to us when she told us that she wasn't legally allowed to help us. That's not true at all. She just didn't want to help us. The ring had sentimental value and I wouldn't be surprised at all if the greedy, trashy owner of this store decided to keep it despite knowing it was stolen. She has no class. My mother left the store in tears and it took all I had in me not to cry myself. Do yourself a favor: do not go to this store. It's not reputable, it's not clean, and it's run by criminals.

Brought gaming laptop in that's worth 500-600$ used and sells for that ammount on ebay used. Well the guy pulled it up then tried telling me its only selling for 99$ to 150$ I said thats incorrect im looking at this laptops completed sales right here on my phone. I then asked to let me see his refined search settings so I could compare to mine. He showed me the screen but would not click on his search settings. When I said look at my phone and all these completed sales for 500$ to 650$ he wouldnt have no part of it. I said tg His sure seems sketchy he then proceeded to tell me to get out he didn't want it if im accusing him of being shady. So I left and I was so baffled on the difference of search results, I played with ebay and figured out what they were doing. They were selecting as is for parts and doing lowest price first and basing their payment to people half pf what that shows. I was expecting half of 500-600 not 99 - 150. Be careful and do your homeworl on expensive items if you go here. They're crooks

This place has the worst costumer service ever Low values , and smells horribe. Employees are rude. I went to a pawn shop were they offer me a 1000 for my neckles and ofcourse im trying different places to get more money, i come here and no greeting , he ask me how much i need and when i said my price he said 500! In a rude way and laughed at me in the face Dont come here unless you dont care how much money you get for your items.
