i opened an account and as of today never received a statement yet it will probably never come

My husband goes to this bank very often so the people here should be very well aware of who he is! He recently lost his wallet with everything in it, including his ID. All of his money is on his debit card so he has no cash to get another ID and they said they can't give him a replacement without seeing his ID. Now how dumb is that? They need a way to prove your identity in case you lose your wallet!

After putting money in savings to transfer to my Canadian Bank account I go in on a Saturday. Im told you cant transfer from one country to another. ERRR hellooo Wire transfer. I wired money into the account before but you wont "allow" me to wire out. You cant do that its Saturday you can do it in the week. Im sorry I said I work 7am to 7pm We open til 6 on a friday... (Oh boy) I need a new bank! I am still speechless

Not too happy with my experience. I have been a member of Wells Fargo for over a year now. There are too many hidden fees. I am really debating on switching to another bank that will be honest with with their loyal customers.
