Quick & convenient, courteous customer service

Went to this branch to open a new account and the personnel looked to be very undertrained, the first time I went there Connie worked my request and she looked very lost and kept complaining about this new software the bank implemented, long story short, she made a mistake opening my account and resulted on $90 of overdrawn fees, had to call customer service and they fixed, credit back the $90 and recognized mistake by the service agent. Went back this past week to open a business account and again she was the one who attended me (not my choice), she looked lost and still complaining about the new system which was implemented last november (3 months ago), provided her with all the documentation of the corporation and she could not figured how to open the account and attempted to say that she could not open the account since my DL is temporary which has nothing to do with this account since this is a business account and not a personal, also it was the same DL she used it to open my personal account a month ago, and that she couldn't do nothing about because this new system have new rules and bla,bla,bla. It's a shame that a had to use another bank for this account and had no problems opening it, since a really like CFE. I'm sure this is a great bank to have a relation with but also think they need to train their personnel better or change those who can't adapt to new changes, I'm sure the bank is loosing a lot of business because of that. The Bank is great but do not use this branch for customer service. Thanks

I love this branch, and Connie is the best!

Went to get find out how the process to get or have a personal loan works since it was the first time getting one. So I asked for advice and instead of giving it to me the person started working to get me the loan. With being 100% sure what i was doing, I still asking questions but she kept pushing the process. I let it pass to see if it worked to later on call me back to tell me they are not gonna give me the loan because I don't have enough credit history. So, how do you want me to have any credit history when you decline it ???
