Florida Hospital Credit Union in Altamonte Springs, FL

21 days after opening the account I still do not have a debit card. I completed a loan application online and waited two weeks without hearing anything from anyone. When I called I was asked for my contact information so that a loan officer could call me back in 24 hours. After two days I still didn't receive a call do I called again and scheduled a callback through the IVR. The expectation was to get a call in 24 hours. Still no call. I call the Orlando branch and speak with the branch manager about my card and my loan. She says that card was requested on the 21st and it was mailed to the Orlando Location. There is a pause and then she says it was mailed from Orlando branch to my home on April3rd. Its April 12th and I still have no card. I ask about my loan application that I completed online and she says that more information is needed from me. She asks for my contact information and gives me the name of a loan officer that will take care of my application. I ask the branch manager why I was never notified via email, secure mail or postal mail and she says that she doesn't know but she'll forward my information. I send in the information they need and await a call. I gave my desk phone number for follow up and they call my cellphone. The loan officer eventually takes my call and even comminucates with my via skype messenger but she does not answer my quesrions and logs off in the middle of pur conversation for the day. Overall, It was an unpleasant experience. I have two hard inquiries on my credit although I was told that they don't run credit twice in 30 days and I will probably close the account because its not worth the headache or the fees. I can't even deposit cash at the branch in my building.
