I'm not sure where the other reviewer called as the law firm has two offices, one in Orlando & the other in Maitland. I've always dealt with the Maitland office & on the whole, have had nothing but courteous treatment, The receptionist was always a little cool, but since she is dealing with people who are stressed out over filing for bankruptcy it's understandable. All the staff who worked with me thru all phases of my bankruptcy were nothing but upbeat, pleasant, courteous & professional. So my experience was totally different from the other reviewer. I would totally recommend the Maitland office of the (Charlie) Price Law Firm.

Bankruptcy is not something people feel is a good option but when you face the facts, paying back loans or unsecured debt buries you quick. What I've learned is if you can not pay for it today, you will not afford it tomorrow. It gives me great satisfaction to set a goal, save and now be able to pay for something in cash. I just wanted to say how much I appreciate Mr. Price and his firm for helping me to save my house from foreclosure! I am a single mom going through tough financial times after my divorce. I was beginning to lose hope that I would ever be able to stay in the house my kids grew up in. My mortgage had changed hands four times in one year, and the adjustable interest rate was too high at 11.8%. I wasn't able to make the payments by myself anymore, and Citibank (Bank of America) would not help me with a loan modification. Be very careful in choosing this law firm for your bankruptcy - they missed a lean on my property on one of the bankruptcy right offs, and I had to jump thru hoops to get them to clear this issue up
