Nothing they take for ever on the phone

They don't show a real balance. They hide the fees from the internet access, then slam it on you just before you deposit funds. I stopped direct deposit for this reason.

I've been a member of Sooper Credit Union for over 25 year -- ever since I worked for King Soopers in high school and college. I've had 2 car loans through them. True, I do the vast majority of my banking online (maybe only visited a branch an handful of times) but I've never had any issues with the website or the few times I've called. I like how I can support a local credit union versus a big national bank.

I have been a member of Sooper for about six years, and I have been incredibly impressed since switching from my old bank (shall not be named, but think stagecoach). They have charged me very few fees, and I just got my first auto loan through them at a pretty reasonable rate. I have been to both the Denver and Arvada branches and have been nothing but impressed, everyone there is extremely nice and helpful. I'm not sure why others have had such bad experiences, but I love Sooper!

I have banked here for many years and I would not bank anywhere else. They've always treated me with great customer service and respect. I would recommend Sooper credit union to everyone. Thank you to all the great employee's. Donna :)
