I took a small piece of silver in. about an ounce. market on silver is 38 dollars at this time they wanted to give me 10 dollars saying that they needed to make a profit. it's not like I was taking in the stereo that might not sell it was silver. silver and gold sells always. the lowest price on silver was 33 dollars in january. as I said no way the manager said okay bye bye. I heard the other people in the store talk down to other customers as well. this particular store I don't recommend I don't know about the other store so much

I bought Xbox one. They said it had all the cords, and it didn't. Pluse they said it worked, so I got home the Xbox would not play the game, I took it to get looked at and they told me it was broken, the disk drive does not work, so I took it back, and they would not give me my money back. I'll never buy electronics from them again.

Not good. They are NOT friendly and they don't negotiate for anything . We needed some money to get us to next pay check and we had three things in there and they gave us 10$.

Go to the one in Edgewater and the one on west Colfax before you go to this one. The older guy with the glasses has no customer service skills and a lot of attitude. Went in at 6:30 to look at guns but they are locked up at 5:00 no gun store does that. Last time I go there.

This place hardly can hardly qualify as a pawn shop, they low ball you every chance they possibly can, I mean we all know its a pawn shop you expect around 40 to 30% of value, this place goes down to 10% and then acts like they're doing you the biggest favor in the world. Take your stuff here when you wanna be low-balled, misquoted AND they have no selection, and its really no wonder why, with the cavalcade of mediocre items available, its more like a store that rips people off and shows off like 8 TVS they probably screwed people over on, It is NOT worth the visit. ALSO The 5 star reviews here are friends or the people that work here, NO ONE in their right mind even if you got a decent deal, would rate this place a 5 its dirty small, and has basically nothing. Those reviews are fraudulent
