Worst customer service. I've been banking here for years and their level of customer service has declined for the past few. Whenever something confusing or concerning comes up and I give them a call, they don't even try to fix it, explain it or express any empathy about my concern at all. I will be switching to a bank that treats their customers like human beings and not just account numbers from which they can milk every last unnecessary fee.
