To all the folks that say you cannot make a car payment online are wrong, I do this every month with the mobile app on my phone, I see all my accounts and simply transfer the exact amount from production account to auto loan account and it pushes the 'date due' back another month. It's really nice. And it is that simple. I've been with this credit union for MANY years, I won't go with another institution. The only problem I have with them is there is NO standard to the security question they ask when you get to the call center. I've had people authorize into my account just by the tone of my voice. YES this actually happened. If I was a multi millionaire, I wouldn't bank with them; simply because of the security protocols that I do not agree with. I want tighter security.

They gave me the second chance I needed when no other establishment would. I am truly grateful for that. Always nice associates. When we over drew a couple of times, after speaking with a representative understood our situation and removed the fees. We love this credit union. We have moved across the country and we still use them.

My husband has been a member for 2 years, its been great for him and all the people who have helped during the way. I recently decided to be member of my own and want to say, it has been great as well! Everyone who we have spoken to has been wonderful. Thank you CUD!

We have an auto loan serviced with the Credit Union of Denver. They were running a promotion to switch your loan over to them, not only did the transfer go smoothly and quickly, we haven't had any sort of issues since then! They are efficient if/when we need to call about an issue. Definitely happy with their services :)
