Ken and his crew were great. I had a kind of complicated situation, trying to sell a current house while buying another, so I couldn't get a homeowners' mortgage. They found a commercial lender for me, who financed me in my new house with a commercial loan for a couple of months while I sold my previous home and refinanced through Ken. It all worked out fine, and Ken and his folks were great about keeping me in touch with what I needed to do and the developing status of things. I couldn't have been happier with the service they provided.

Ken and his team were wonderful! The buyer of our house faced issues with their lender, and Ken was able to help us structure the loan scenario that suited us best to still be able to buy our new home. The buyer had to go with another lender, we were able to sell a couple of months later, and Ken helped us restructure our loans to the original plan! It is always great talking to Ken, I have worked with him for close to 10 years now. I highly recommend Ken Caiani Group for any of your mortgage needs! 10 out of 10.
