Absolutely the worst system to work with...ever. Not a person that answers the phone knows what the heck they're doing or how to get someone else on the line. Their interrogation to "identify " you is absurd. Thirty-two years with BVCU and I'm looking to change banks... SAD FYI... The one-star rating I was forced to put in to get this posted is way to high a rating...

Worst credit union ever. 5 months my husband has been trying to get his title sent to him. Bc they have already been paid off by our bank. After 5 months of being nice and understanding and being told that they would be sending his title to the address he gave them. 2 weeks ago he was told that if there was a change in address (bc they've been sending his title and other paper work to this building he has not been in for the past 9 months) they have to mail him change of address forms. He found out after 5MONTHS, 5MONTHS...HALF A YEAR and still counting! Bc we just recieved the "contact change form" in the mail today. Your company is a joke and you guys should be appalled. Because of your workers and their lack of knowledge about YOUR company's protocols we will end up owing fines if we dont get his title by the end of this month.

DON"T do biz with credit union I have already filed a DORA complaint and have made them comply once!! Now filling another one because they don't let me into my internet banking without submitting new security questions and answers every time and in the past blocked the ATM! Anyone know a good lawyer ?

My wife posted on here about my problems getting my title sent to my bank. After 5 months of he said she said. Having to wait 2 weeks for a change of address form mailed to us and paying to send it back out in a timely manner we were informed by ANOTHER ONE of your associates that he could just have them emailed to us. RYAN CURTIN NEEDS A RAISE! Not only was he positive and nice through out our bitching he sent an email right on the phone with us to have your people fax our people about giving us an extention! After we hung up with him he emailed us the the change of address forms we had them sent back the very same day. 2 weeks go by my wife recieves a CONFORMATION CALL that they sent out our title. We called our bank today. They've had our title for a while.... I am relieved and happy to know you have at least 1 competent worker among very few. Ryan Curtin thank you so much for your help I hope this company knows that YOU are the reason for the 5 stars.

I love, love, love this bank, and I absolutely love the wonderful genuine people that work here. Of course there's times I'm frustrated with new policies from time to time however I eventually realize they're for our good and protection in the times we live in. Thank you GV pmcu for everything! (Let me know when that mobile app gets fixed ; ) )
