U.S. Bank ATM in Golden, CO

Nearly every US bank (or any bank for that matter) that I have been to has had good service. That being said this is probably the worst bank that I have ever visited. Their customer service really sucks, their bankers aren't particularly friendly or helpful and they talked down to me. To be honest, if I were to permanently live in Golden I would probably switch banks just because this type of service should not be acceptable.

I was a customer at US bank for more than 6 years. Today, I learned that they were charging me $9.00 per month for the privilege of holding on to my money. I tried to talk them into waiving those fees because they had failed to notify me. No success. They don't value me, and they won't value you. Since when do we let thieves have a store-front? There's a great credit union across the street. Don't bother with these people.
