I went today 6/3/16 to try to get a Loan .. So I went inn the store & asked if I could apply for a Loan so she right away with a very good attitude very polite one the girls called another girl so she can help me so then the other girl came & assisted me with feeling out the application while she looked over my paper work so right away she ran the paper work & I Qualified for the Loan right away she was very nice and polite very professional that I even bought a Drill for my personal tools so with all set & done I want to thank the employees and management for the amazing Help & courtesy .. I really would recommend anyone who's looking for a Loan or even to buy tools more to go to this store in 5300 Sheridan Street !!

Karen and the girls give nothing short of 100 percent in customer service and they listen to people's opinions I'm always happy when I go into the store and I smile when I walk in and leave with one they are in a pretty bad part of town and with the excellent service they deserve a better area of Arvada
